Enjoy smooth computing with our Reliability Guarantee. This is a service offered by Calm Water Solutions, to ensure that your business computers continue to operate at optimal levels. A clean well maintained computer has a longer life span and less down time, thus creating a more productive employee.

A Calm Water Solutions technician will come on site once a quarter and perform routine maintenance on each of your PC's, located within your office. This includes, but not limited to; defragmenting your computer, applying updates from Microsoft, checking for viruses and spyware, making sure antivirus programs and anti spyware programs are up to date, as well as, making sure your computer is in good general working order. We will also install an anti spyware program, to help protect your computer from unwanted popup adds and to help keep programs from sending information from your com­puter, over the internet.

With this service we offer a performance guarantee. If your computer has system or operating problems within 90 days of the last maintenance check then one of our service technicians will come on site to repair it. There will be no travel charge, and the $35 fee will be taken off the first visit.

The guarantee covers problems caused by hardware failure, operating system glitches, virus attacks, and other per­formance reducing events.

The guarantee does not cover problems caused buy user activity, mainly installing new software or hardware. It also does not include tech support or training. Nor does it cover the hardware itself.

This service is offered at a per machine cost of $35 a month, for PC's. A similar service is available for servers at a cost of $100 per month.
